Ashley Harmon at Sugared in Champaign is an excellent baker and business owner. The care and precision she pours into every morsel is stunning. Not only is she a sourdough queen, but her rotation of divine macaron flavors is second to none. Her blueberry lemon roll is hands down one of my all time favorites. I’ve also had the privilege of sampling her cakes for special events and can say that Ashley is one of the most versatile bakers in the business. I wouldn’t pass up a chance to try anything new from Sugared in Champaign. Ashley is bubbly, kind, and sincere, the perfect person to trust with anything you need for a special occasion. She sells out quickly, so get there first to grab one of everything.

Sugared in Champaign is the best cottage bakery in town! I have been able to try SO MANY of her baked goods and let me tell you, everything is incredible!! I also take advantage of the bread club - the best fresh sourdough every week! I never have to buy store bought bread anymore. My favorite part about Sugared in Champaign is her amazing attention to detail. If you have the opportunity to order a cake, cupcakes or macarons…you will understand what I mean. Everything always tastes so good (10/10) but the presentation on specials orders is 100/10!!

Ashley’s bakery is THE absolute best! She did our wedding cake last year and it was so perfect; it was an espresso cake with buttercream espresso icing. Her macarons are immaculate! Best I’ve ever had! I’ve tried her bread and other goodies that she makes and it is all delicious. Try her out, you won’t regret it! She is always prompt with responses as well
